Our Team

Aaron Drummond is the General Manager at Craggy Range Vineyards, based in Hawke’s Bay New Zealand. Aaron grew up in the wine industry, spending much of his time in the family vineyard in Mornington Peninsula, Australia. After completing a Business degree at Monash University, he pursed a career on the commercial side of the wine business joining iconic Australian producer Mount Langi Ghiran as Brand Manager. Aaron spent the next ten years with Langi and its parent company, the Rathbone Winery Group (owners of Mount Langi Ghiran, Yering Station & Xanadu), where he held the position of Sales & Marketing Director for the Group.

In 2015, Aaron and his young family emigrated to New Zealand to join Craggy Range. Aaron has served on several industry Boards including the Victorian Wine Industry Future Leaders, Grampians Marketing, Hawke’s Bay Winegrowers and is a current Board member for Pinot2022, and the Family of XII.
