Fresh, ripe and admirably pure aromas feature notes of black cherry, violet, spice and a hint of lavender. There is fine volume and mid-palate concentration to the delicious, succulent and plump medium-bodied flavors that possess a really lovely mouth feel, all wrapped in a dusty, compact and dry in the best sense finish that flashes just a touch of youthful austerity. Worth checking out and particularly so for value as wines offering this level of quality are rarely found at similar price points.
