The 2016 Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cru Les Perrières is superb, unfurling in the glass with a classy bouquet of citrus zest, white flowers and crushed chalk. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and fine-boned, with good concentration, tangy acids and a tight-knit core, concluding with a taut finish.
