It opens with a black cherry bouquet with a hint of blackberry, eucalyptus and Bell’s seasoning. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe plum with notes of dark chocolate and black tea. We also detected hints of cinnamon and toasted oak. The finish is dry and its fruit and tannins are nicely prolonged with a touch of heat.
