The 2015 Pouilly Fuisse Clos des Prouges has a clean and precise bouquet, quite nuanced at first before developing more intensity: bruised green apple, freshly sliced pear and a touch of spice. The palate is very well defined with crisp acidity, spicy at first with hints of ginger that complement the citrus fruit, fanning out toward a really convincing, quite delicious and sophisticated finish. This is absolutely top-rate from Ferret.
