The Garnacha grapes are sourced from Ribera Baja and Eslava in the lower mountain area of Navarra. Harvest is carefully timed so that the grapes contain the ideal balance between acidity and ripeness at the time of picking.
After limited contact with the skins during maceration, the juice is drawn off using only gravity, a method known as lágrima or tear. The free run juice creates a delicate balance of acidity and alcohol in this wine.
Bright strawberry pink in color, clean and fragrant on the nose with notes of berries and fruit, lively acidity in the mouth with floral notes.
