Wild Rock’s growing practices are sustainable, and exceed New Zealand’s requirements for this growing method. These practices include waste water treatment, a nil residue chemical program to ensure that zero chemical residue is on the grapes at harvest, a winery heat recovery system used to heat hot water, a biological waste water treatment plant and composting and cover crops.
