Katie Madigan is responsible for producing the St. Francis Sonoma County line of wines.
After attending Santa Barbara University for chemistry, Katie Madigan accepted a harvest internship at St. Francis that would confirm her interest in winemaking. In 2003 she took a position as senior lab technician and became involved in the research of wine color and tannins. After certification at UC Davis, she was promoted to assistant winemaker in 2006, associate winemaker in 2010 and Sonoma County winemaker, responsible for producing the Sonoma County line of wines, in 2011. In her free time, Madigan enjoys kayaking and hiking in Marin County.
