Grapes: 100% Albariño
At 95 meters in elevation, the 12.4-acre vineyard has 30-year-old vines in sandy and granite soils. The vines benefit from good drainage, east and west exposures, and training on high pergolas to keep the clusters dry and protect them from mildew. Indigenous wild herbs are planted among the vines for favorable drainage in the area’s wet conditions. Sustainable winegrowing is used, with organic compost; leaf and crop thinning are employed when necessary. The grapes are hand harvested and undergo a cold maceration before fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Approximately 10% of the vintage production has undergone partial malolactic fermentation, with the purpose of providing the wine with more complexity, body and softness.

Wine Spectator2015 vintage
In 2015, weather conditions were characterized by a winter lacking in rain, a warm and dry spring, and a summer with mild temperatures. These climatic circumstances were suitable for the growth of the grapes since diseases problems were avoided, and grapes were harvested in a very good, healthy state.
Straw-yellow in color and bright with greenish glints. Lively and eye-catching. Very powerful varietal aromas – notes of white pear, apple, and floral undertones. Has good structure, firm, without rough edges. Balanced alcohol and acidity. The evolution in the glass intensifies and polishes the aromas, for a pleasant entry that grows and leads to a perfumed and complex finish.
Very versatile wine for its well-balanced acidity and fruity aromas. It pairs very well with all seafood, shellfish, sushi, sashimi, rice, pasta, creamy cheeses and grilled or breaded white meats.
