Region: France / Champagne

The Comtes Rosé is made from 100% Grand Cru grapes and produced only in exceptional years. The Chardonnay grapes come from the most renowned vineyards of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, and the Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. tasting note

This Champagne features extraordinarily delicate bubbles and a fresh, highly refined nose with complex aromas of wild strawberries, morello cherries and black currants with hints of fresh almonds and licorice. On the palate, the initial fruitiness quickly intensifies and leads into a rich, structured midpalate and a generous finish that maintains balance and freshness.

food pairing

A suitable accompaniment to light cured meats, veal, pork dishes and ribs as well as fruit salad and berry desserts.
