Altura Pinot Noir

Region: Argentina / Mendoza / Valle de Uco

Altura means altitude, height above sea level, a combination of daytime solar intensity and atmospheric pressure. Altura was inspired by the connection between soil and elevation and microclimate in a special vineyard located in Uco Valley in Mendoza. This Pinot Noir is sourced from the high-altitude Gualtallary Vineyard in the heart of the Uco Valley.

tasting note

This delicate Pinot Noir displays a slight ruby red color, granted by its youth, as well as details of a violet bouquet mixed with elegant scents of cherries. The sweet tannins are a prelude to its typicity and elegant expression of Pinot Noir's varietal character.

food pairing

Pairs well with a wide variety of pasta and poultry dishes, as well as roasted vegetables and firm cheeses.
