- 1 oz. Vikingfjord Vodka
- ½ oz. Coruba Coconut Rum
- Splash of pineapple juice
Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Pour contents into a highball glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
